More information:
The elongated complex consists of three parts: an office area with five floors, an intermediate zone containing (for now) two storeys with mainly serving functions (detainees complex, shooting tunnel, dojo for combat exercises, canteen and dressing rooms), and an open parking garage for service and private vehicles. It will be a straightforward, logical space without too much details, besides the detailing that will be needed for architectural purposses.
The office portion and the intermediate zone together occupy a floor space of 9,000 sqm. They consist of a concrete frame with mushroom flooring and light fill-in walls. The facade is covered with glued brickwork and sandwich panels (the panels only at the service area level). The parking area will be created out of a mixed steel-concrete structure – a steel frame with profile plate floor on which concrete is poured – and an open façade made out of an expanded metal.
